For years, I found myself repeating the same patterns.
I struggled with self-doubt, people-pleasing, toxic relationships and constantly starting over. I spent years looking for confidence, validation and answers outside of myself, believing that something or someone would finally make me feel enough.
From being bullied as a child to rebuilding my life across different countries, facing heartbreak, setbacks and uncertainty, every challenge taught me the same lesson, the life I wanted wasn’t waiting for me, I had to become the woman capable of creating it.
Everything changed when I stopped abandoning myself and started leading myself.
Today, my mission is to help women break free from the patterns keeping them stuck, rebuild self-trust and become the woman they know they’re meant to be.
Because the moment you stop abandoning yourself is the moment everything begins to change.
